BANJO UPDATE – SUCCESSFULLY ADOPTED
Banjo, now “Jojo” has not only profoundly changed the life and mood of his new cohort Ruth – he is also “hop skip & jump happy” himself.
Ruth was desperate for a little canine companion to share her home, walks and beach visits with. The pair are now regularly out & about, keeping each other fit and healthy during their sprightly walks and park games.
Ruth is over the moon and unreservedly “besotted”. “Jojo is an absolute delight, so joyous, so well behaved, obedient, patient – I adore him”.
As Mary Oliver once wrote:
“Because of the dog’s joyfulness, our own is increased. It is no small gift. It is not the least reason why we should honor as well as love the dog of our own life, and the dog down the street, and all the dogs not yet born. What would the world be like without music or rivers or the green and tender grass? What would this world be like without dogs?”
BANJO ADOPTION
Little cutie ‘Banjo’ – a 9-year-old de-sexed male Maltese x Shih Tzu is looking for the perfect home.
Banjo is still very lively and has been thoroughly enjoying lots of active-time with his fab foster-carers; running on the beach, swimming and playing ball.
He gets grumpy if bothered too much by puppies or young children and will nip. He is therefore only suitable for older children who can respect his space.
Banjo is otherwise a lovely little chap, who is friendly, confident and obedient.
Ideally, he likes constant company, is a great lap dog but needs and loves lots of exercise and stimulus.
