DOTTI UPDATE – SUCCESSFULLY ADOPTED
Little darling sweetheart girl ‘Dotti’ (4½yo mini Staffy x Heeler) has finally found her fabulously fun and forever home after being in our care for 10 months.
🙏 Enormous thanks to foster-carer Leanne who tenderly and successfully nursed Dotti through her three-month recovery period after cruciate surgery in late January.
🙏 Gargantuan thanks to foster-carer Tom who then took over Dotti’s care for another six-months, during which time he carefully and effectively socialised Dotti to a point where she can now be around other dogs without her previous massive fear response.
Now adopted by Danielle and family, Dotti is revelling in all the attention and fun she is enjoying with mum & dad and their four kids! This is her absolute ideal situation and whenever I’ve popped in; her little stumpy tail never stops wagging and her smile is literally from ear to ear 😃
Dotti is also now enjoying off-leash time at the beach where she is in heaven and aptly being an angel 😇

‘Dott’ aka ‘Dotti’ is a 4-year–old desexed female miniature Staffy x Red Heeler weighing in at under 15kgs.
She is an absolute little sweetie who adores people, including children. She is also great with cats.
Dotti is weary of other dogs but has been on her best behavior during several recent visits to dog beaches. She will not however tolerate another resident dog in her home so needs to be an only dog.
Dotti needed cruciate surgery on her arrival with us and she has now completely healed, undergone several Bowen Therapy sessions and is rearing to go.
She is crate-trained and is relaxed when left at home alone for a few hours.
Dotti needs to find her new people. She is full of adulation for those who care for her and she loves affection, tummy rubs and snuggling. Her ideal new home will be calm, loving and well fenced. Dotti will reward you with absolute loyalty and adoration.
