BUDDY UPDATE – SUCCESSFULLY ADOPTED
English Staffy x Mastiff ‘Buddy’ arrived in the Shire all the way from Broken Hill.
We reunited the absolute softie with previous human-friend Leah and best doggie-mate Cookie.
All three were thrilled to see each other and Buddy is now living his absolute best life on the coast. What a lucky gorgeous boy!
Sweet, gentle Buddy is a 2-year-8-month-old desexed male English Staffy x Mastiff.
He’s small for his breed and we would classify him as a small medium-sized dog, but he is strong.
Buddy gets on really well with other dogs and has a very mellow, soft nature. He is content with a morning walk/run and then happily relaxes at home until a small evening walk. He will chase smaller creatures, but displays no prey drive. He is curious about cats.
He was originally rescued from Broken Hill pound, so not a big swimmer 😆, but he thoroughly enjoys running in the shallows.
Buddy will make someone a gorgeous loyal companion or he’d be a beautiful calm and gentle family dog.
