BEAU UPDATE – SUCCESSFULLY ADOPTED
Very tall, sweet and elegant; 3-year-old male Australian Kelpie ‘Beau’ has completely won the hearts of adopters Vanessa & Wayne.
They and their two older Kelpies have welcomed Beau onto their large property where they run sheep and horses. Beau’s innate desire to work is now being fine-tuned as he learns to appropriately muster the sheep.
Beau warmed to Wayne immediately and loves his constant company, so much so that his behaviour at home and at work has been exemplary. He’s now relaxed, is looking extremely healthy and has even put on some much needed weight.
Wayne is utterly besotted. Vanessa teasingly confessed that she is often awoken at night because Wayne regularly dreams about Beau; calling and whistling to him, praising him and muttering training commands 🤣😂

Beguiling ‘Beau’ is a 2½-year-old desexed male Kelpie.
Sadly, his owner passed away and the family cannot give him the time or attention he deserves.
Beau is a delightful charmer for sure. He’s full of beans, highly intelligent and great with children and other dogs.
He has an innate talent for working and loves to round up the cattle and ducks on his current farm. Beau would do well on a working hobby farm or property where he could also spend quality time with his humans. He obeys most commands, has great recall and is house-trained.
