BILLIE UPDATE – SUCCESSFULLY ADOPTED
Little 8-year-old Jack Russell ‘Billie’ can be the sweetest, most affectionate companion when she’s not being a dominant, headstrong, sassy little scamp!
Known as ‘Millie’ now, she met her human match in Faye.
They are like two peas in a pod! And together, they provide each other with the acceptance, comfort, affection and companionship they both desired.
Millie does not like being left alone, so lucky for her, she gets to go pretty much everywhere with Faye and Faye’s daughter, who also helps out with daily on-leash walks.
Millie now lives in a coastal retirement village where her hunting ways have been curtailed by a very well fenced yard and the aforementioned on-leash-only-walks. Millie seems more than happy with the new arrangements and also loves helping out in the garden.

‘Billie’ is an 8-½-year-old desexed female Long Haired Jack Russell.
She has stacks of character, is a little sweetheart with humans and is good with children. She’s not averse to crawling up on a lap for love & affection.
Billie is a formidable hunter and cannot live with cats or other pocket pets. She has also missed out on early socialisation with dogs outside her own pack and although she can enjoy off-leash time at the beach and loves playing in the waves, she is unpredictable with other small dogs and can be unexpectedly dominant or aggressive.
Billie would suit a loving home where she is the only dog, with a very secure fenced yard and on-leash walks only.
