Little sweetie ‘Milly’ a 10-year-old desexed female Dachshund is looking for her next best companion.
Unfortunately her mum of 10-years is moving into a rest home and they wouldn’t allow Milly to move with her 😢
Milly is a character. She is lovely with humans of all ages and loves to be cuddled and stroked. She is good with most dogs but can be dominant with very soft natured, timid dogs. Not aggressive with cats but becomes completely obsessed. Similarly, other pocket pets and/or chickens would not be suitable.
She is independent, curious, sprightly and robust for her age and enjoys trotting about and going for gentle leashed walks.
We feel she is best suited as an only dog in a home with no or very few steps, with a fenced yard. She would feel most comfortable with a retired couple or older companion to share life & love with.
