SUMMER (now SIOBHAN) UPDATE – SUCCESSFULLY ADOPTED
(Yet another FOSTER-FAIL! 😆)
After spending some weeks wooing us all at our open-air shelter, BIG, beautiful, adorable 20-month-old Irish Wolfhound x Great Dane ‘Summer’ (now Siobhan) moved into foster-care with Jane & Felicity and their little dog Rabbit.
Within two days, Siobhan had also wooed her carers and we knew it would only be a matter of time before an adoption date would be set.
Siobhan and tiny little Rabbit have become the inseparable odd-couple and the “no dog on bed rule” was swiftly smashed by Siobhan’s irresistible morning cuddles… she wakes at 5.55amand patiently rests her head on the edge of the bed waiting for the 6am alarm which signals the arrival of bed open season.
So thrilled to see you looking so happy, healthy and hugely loved Siobhan 👏👌🥰
18-month-old spayed female Wolfhound x Great Dane ‘Summer’ is looking for a new home through no fault of her own.
She is most assuredly a GORGEOUS gentle-giant with a very gentle, sweet temperament. She is excellent with other dogs and children.
Summer walks well on-leash, is house-trained and obeys basic commands (but could do with a little more recall training as she becomes so engrossed and enthused by play with other dogs – which is definitely one of her favourite pastimes).
