Narelle saw Grasshopper’s AD in the Echo and wanted to give that “absolute cutie a loving home”.
Grasshopper has settled beautifully with Narelle’s other rescue dogs, Misty & Rain, and both Grasshopper & Rain have recovered completely from their simultaneous desexings 2 weeks ago.
Thank you Narelle, for giving gorgeous Grasshopper such an adventurous active abundant life πŸ’›πŸ•πŸΆπŸˆπŸ’›
Female Staffy x Mastiff/Dane? x Greyhound? 6-7 months old
Young Grasshopper was indeed patient as she waited for 3 weeks at the pound for her owners to appear. Alas, they never showed, so little Grasshopper is now in Byron Dog Rescues care seeking a new loving home.
Nicknamed for her long gangly legs and hilarious high-bouncing antics, Grasshopper is a sweet natured, high energy girl. We suspect some previous mistreatment due to her timidness with new people/situations/noises, but she is now enjoying time with kind foster-carer Amanda & family where she is adoring the attention of 2 children & gaining crucial socialisation skills with an eclectic bunch of canines.
Grasshopper will make a loyal, bright & fun addition to any family. She will need some basic training.
Please phone Shell on 0458461935if you would like to meet this delightful pup.
