Due to grave family health issues, 5½-year-old Labrador x Boerboel ‘Ziggy’ has been surrendered for rehoming.
Ziggy is a big soft teddy-bear in physique and temperament. He is good with other dogs and excellent with children of all ages.
He would suit a family on property who could spend lots of time with him and provide him with some training, exercise and continued socialisation. Ziggy can be a tad stubborn but will endow his family with an abundance of love and loyalty.
Ziggy weighs in at 47.5kgs, but could easily lose 5-10kgs with regular exercise and a carefully managed diet.
Ziggy was a very sad fella on being surrendered, but readily accepted and soaked up all the gentle love that Angeji the Basenji (Rescue Assistant Extraordinaire) gave him (pictured).
